Which Is The Right Scrub For Me ?

Although the basic composition of extra fine sea salt , natural cold pressed oils and vitamin E oil work on all skin types and if used consistently ( I use them twice a week ) should definitely show an improvement in the texture ,smoothness and softness of your skin the added essential oils following the European Aromatherapy tradition make the subtle differences.

Mature Skin

Both Frankinscense and Patchouly scrubs work to rejuvenate older dryer skin . As the sea salt sloughs off the dead skin the essential oil promotes new skin growth while the oils seal moisture in . You should notice a difference immediately .

Extremely Dry Skin

The Honey and Vitamin E scrub works best on this type of skin . Raw Honey and twice the amount of Vitamin E smooth and aid in healing the skin . When I was in Florida this winter I visited the Loggerhead Marinelife Center at Juno Beach . There I discovered  the application of raw honey to the cut or a braided shells or flippers to promote healing . Imagine what it can do for your skin

Dry Skin

Most of us have some degree of dry skin especially with the prevalence of central air conditioning and heat which remove most of the moisture from the air around us . Lavender is the universal healer which soothes all skin types as well as the mind . If you take your shower in the evening the Lavender  scrub is a good choice as it helps relax your mind for a restful night sleep .

Morning Shower

On the opposite side of the coin a good choice for a morning shower is the Peppermint scrub which invigorates our skin , body and mind with a tingling wakeup call .After a shower finished with the Peppermint scrub all cobwebs of sleep are gone .

Tea Tree and Grapefruit Scrub

Tea Tree is a natural anti- sceptic and anti -inflammatory agent . It works well on oily skin the Grapefruit oil works to reduce the appearance of cellulite .
